By accessing the Genius Creator Online website, downloading or using the software, connecting platform accounts, or using related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Genius Creator Online.
2. What Genius Creator Online Provides
Genius Creator Online is a creator operations platform for organizing content, planning schedules, reviewing platform connection status, preparing captions, using AI-assisted workflows, managing thumbnails, and supporting publishing workflows across creator platforms.
Some features depend on third-party platforms, APIs, app approvals, account permissions, browser sessions, or connected services that we do not control. A feature may be limited, unavailable, delayed, or subject to review if a third-party platform changes its rules or access requirements.
3. Accounts And Authorized Use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may connect only platform accounts that you own, administer, or are authorized to manage.
You may not use Genius Creator Online to access another person's account without permission, bypass platform rules, automate prohibited activity, scrape restricted data, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate applicable law.
4. Creator Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, create, connect, or manage through Genius Creator Online. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, preview, transform, transmit, and display that content so we can provide the requested software features.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, licenses, releases, permissions, and approvals needed for any text, image, video, audio, likeness, brand asset, or other material you use or publish.
5. Connected Platforms And Google/YouTube
If you connect a Google or YouTube account, Genius Creator Online requests only the access needed for the feature you choose. For YouTube connection, we currently use read-only access to confirm your channel and display basic channel information in the software.
Your use of YouTube-connected features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, Google API Services User Data Policy, and any other applicable Google or YouTube rules. You can revoke Genius Creator Online's Google access from your Google Account permissions page.
6. AI-Assisted Features
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and legally clearing any AI-assisted suggestions before you use or publish them.
